Describe how you have made a sustained contribution over 2 or more years.

Evidence of Impact

Evidence should capture enablement, scale, and impact rather than publication volume.

Professional CV (maximum 3 pages)
- Narrative format is encouraged and may include:
  - Career history
  - Key sector contributions
  - Leadership and service roles
Statement addressing each assessment criterion (section 3) - <250 words each
Evidence of user impact (e.g. user testimonials, usage metrics, examples of supported research projects, case studies)
One or two referees, including at least one infrastructure user or supervisor
